What a finished display looks like

Bradfordville is acreage country. Houses sit well back from the road behind pines, driveways run a few hundred feet, and the roads themselves are unlit at night. A display designed the way it would be in town simply does not reach the street here. The distance is the design problem, and it is a solvable one.
Distance from the road is the first thing to solve. A roofline three hundred feet back is a faint line by the time it reaches the road. Driveway-edge lighting, entry and mailbox work, and wrapped hardwoods near the front of the property pull the display forward so it starts where people actually drive past instead of where the house happens to sit.
Pines do not wrap the way oaks do. Bradfordville is loblolly and longleaf pine country, and a pine carries forty feet of bare trunk before the first branch. Wrapping one puts light in a column that reads as a stripe rather than a tree. Light goes to the hardwoods, the roofline, and the landscape instead, which is a better use of the same money.
Custom rooflines carry more footage than expected. Homes in Ox Bottom Manor, Summerbrooke, and Bull Run tend toward steep pitches, stacked gables, dormers, and side wings. That is more linear footage than a comparable square-footage home in town, and linear footage is the main thing that decides where your price lands.
Dark roads make the display carry. There is no street lighting on most of Bradfordville. That means a display is the only light on the road, and a well-designed one is visible from much further away than the same design would be in Midtown. It also means the entry and driveway matter more than usual, because that is what guests navigate by.
One price, everything handled
Every Bradfordville display is quoted as one all-inclusive seasonal price, and that price covers all of the following. There are no per-visit service fees, no takedown charge, and no storage bill in January.

Yes, if the design accounts for it. On deep Bradfordville lots the display is built in layers — driveway edges, entry, and wrapped hardwoods near the road — so it reads from the street rather than starting at the house and fading before it gets there.
Usually not, and it is worth explaining why. A loblolly or longleaf carries a long bare trunk before the first limb, so wrapping produces a lit column instead of a lit tree. On pine-heavy lots the same budget does far more in the roofline, the hardwoods, and the landscape.
The lot itself does not. What moves the price is linear footage of roofline, the height of the home, how many trees get wrapped, and how much driveway or pathway work is needed to bridge the distance to the road.
